В статье обоснована важность синхронизации экономических и управленческих аспектов имеет решающее значение для успешного преодоления препятствий на пути развития региональных инновационных сетей, которые играют важную роль в организации и координации инновационной деятельности. Статья акцентирует неотложность пересмотра и модернизации экономической системы с фокусом на стимулировании инноваций. Отмечается, что один из перспективных путей развития – переход к сетевым формам организации инновационной деятельности. В анализе, проведенном в тексте, исследуется потенциал и риски, связанные с управлением сетями в региональной экономике. В ходе исследования рассматривается понятие "сетевой инновационной структуры" как гибкого объединения участников инновационной сферы. Применение сетевых инновационных структур в региональной экономике обосновывается преимуществами, такими как стимулирование оперативного обмена идеями, усиленное партнерство, оптимизация ресурсов и гибкость моделей. Обнаружено, что эффективное управление инновационными сетями требует комплексного подхода, учитывающего экономические, управленческие и социальные аспекты. Особое внимание уделяется созданию эффективной системы управления интеграционными и сетевыми процессами, призванной объединять усилия участников, сглаживать разногласия и преодолевать барьеры, возникающие при развитии региональных инновационных сетей. В статье также предлагаются конкретные действия, направленные на содействие развитию и укреплению региональных инновационных сетей.
The article substantiates the importance of synchronizing economic and managerial aspects is crucial for successfully overcoming obstacles to the development of regional innovation networks, which play an important role in organizing and coordinating innovation activities. The article emphasizes the urgency of reviewing and modernizing the economic system with a focus on stimulating innovation. It is noted that one of the promising ways of development is the transition to network forms of organizing innovative activities. The analysis conducted in the text explores the potential and risks associated with network management in regional economies. The study examines the concept of a “network innovation structure” as a flexible association of participants in the innovation sphere. The use of network innovation structures in the regional economy is justified by advantages such as stimulating the rapid exchange of ideas, enhanced partnerships, optimization of resources and flexibility of models. It was found that effective management of innovation networks requires an integrated approach that takes into account economic, managerial and social aspects. Particular attention is paid to creating an effective system for managing integration and network processes, designed to unite the efforts of participants, smooth out differences and overcome barriers that arise during the development of regional innovation networks. The article also proposes concrete actions aimed at promoting the development and strengthening of regional innovation networks.
