Инновационно-инвестиционная стратегия развития предприятия региона представляет собой комплексный план действий, направленный на достижение конкурентного преимущества путем внедрения инноваций при эффективном использовании инвестиционных ресурсов. В современных условиях высокой конкуренции и быстрых технологических изменений такая стратегия становится необходимым условием не только для роста, но и для выживания предприятий. Особенностью формирования инновационно-инвестиционной стратегии на региональном уровне является необходимость учета специфики региональной экономики, доступных ресурсов, инфраструктурных возможностей и кадрового потенциала. Предприятия должны находить баланс между глобальными тенденциями развития и локальными условиями функционирования. Цель исследования заключается в обосновании процессов формирования инновационно-инвестиционной стратегии развития предприятия региона. Методы: методы, применяемые при разработке инновационно-инвестиционной стратегии развития предприятий региона, включают комплексные подходы для анализа настоящего положения, идентификации перспективных направлений и оценки результативности стратегических инициатив. Результаты: в процессе формулирования инновационно-инвестиционной стратегии развития предприятий региона были идентифицированы ключевые факторы, влияющие на её формирование и содержание. К таким факторам относятся глобальные технологические тренды, уровень конкуренции и социоэкономические условия в регионе. Определены основные этапы разработки стратегии и стратегические направления для улучшения эффективности инвестирования в инновационные процессы. Выводы: систематическое отслеживание результатов инвестиций в инновации на предприятиях является необходимым. Важно проводить анализ эффективности инвестиционной деятельности, сопоставляя достигнутые показатели с ожидаемыми, а также изучать, как инвестиционно-инновационные проекты влияют на экономическое состояние региональных предприятий. При выявлении проектов, не оправдывающих вложенных средств, следует принимать решения о прекращении их финансирования и реинвестировать освободившиеся ресурсы в более успешные инициативы.

The innovation and investment strategy for the development of a regional enterprise is a comprehensive action plan aimed at achieving a competitive advantage through the introduction of innovations with the efficient use of investment resources. In today's conditions of high competition and rapid technological change, such a strategy is becoming a prerequisite not only for growth, but also for the survival of enterprises. A feature of the formation of an innovation and investment strategy at the regional level is the need to take into account the specifics of the regional economy, available resources, infrastructure capabilities and human resources. Enterprises must find a balance between global development trends and local operating conditions. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the processes of forming an innovation and investment strategy for the development of a regional enterprise. Methods: the methods used in developing an innovation and investment strategy for the development of regional enterprises include comprehensive approaches to analyzing the current situation, identifying promising areas and assessing the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Results: in the process of formulating the innovation and investment strategy for the development of regional enterprises, key factors influencing its formation and content were identified. Such factors include global technological trends, the level of competition and socioeconomic conditions in the region. The main stages of strategy development and strategic directions for improving the efficiency of investing in innovation processes were determined. Conclusions: systematic monitoring of the results of investments in innovations at enterprises is necessary. It is important to analyze the efficiency of investment activities, comparing the achieved indicators with the expected ones, and to study how investment and innovation projects affect the economic condition of regional enterprises. If projects are identified that do not justify the invested funds, decisions should be made to stop their financing and reinvest the released resources in more successful initiatives.
