В данной статье рассмотрены ключевые методы борьбы с инфляцией в экономике, включая монетарные, фискальные и административные инструменты. Описано многообразие каналов ценового давления – от субсидированного кредитования до санкционных ограничений логистики, что обуславливает комплексность инфляционных процессов. Показатели резервных требований служат высокочувствительным индикатором оперативной политики регулятора и наглядно отражают его стремление обеспечить финансовую устойчивость. Ключевая ставка – основной инструмент, применяемый Центральным банком РФ. Повышение ставки сдерживает потребительскую активность и снижает инфляцию. На примере российской экономики проанализирована динамика инфляционных процессов в период 2016-2024 гг. и даны рекомендации по повышению эффективности антикризисной политики. Представлены таблицы с макроэкономическими показателями и схема взаимосвязи методов и их последствий. Устойчивое снижение инфляции требует комплексного подхода, который должен включать как меры денежно-кредитного регулирования со стороны Центрального банка России, так и взвешенную бюджетную государственную политику. Это актуально для российской экономики, которая сталкивается с беспрецедентным санкционным давлением. В этих условиях очень важно уметь оперативно адаптироваться к изменяющимся внешним условиям. Однако для достижения долгосрочной стабильности одних лишь регуляторных мер недостаточно. Необходимо создавать условия для развития производственного сектора, привлекать инвестиции в реальный сектор экономики и последовательно работать над повышением производительности труда.
This article examines the key methods of combating inflation in the economy, including monetary, fiscal and administrative tools. The variety of channels of price pressure is described, from subsidized lending to sanctioned restrictions on logistics, which determines the complexity of inflationary processes. Reserve requirements indicators serve as a highly sensitive indicator of the regulator's operational policy and clearly reflect its desire to ensure financial stability. The key rate is the main instrument used by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The rate increase restrains consumer activity and reduces inflation. Using the example of the Russian economy, the dynamics of inflationary processes in the period 2016-2024 is analyzed and recommendations are made to improve the effectiveness of anti-crisis policy. Tables with macroeconomic indicators and a diagram of the interrelation of methods and their consequences are presented. A sustained reduction in inflation requires an integrated approach that should include both monetary and credit regulation measures by the Central Bank of Russia and a balanced fiscal government policy. This is important for the Russian economy, which is facing unprecedented sanctions pressure. In these conditions, it is very important to be able to quickly adapt to changing external conditions. However, regulatory measures alone are not enough to achieve long-term stability. It is necessary to create conditions for the development of the manufacturing sector, attract investment in the real sector of the economy and consistently work to increase labor productivity.
