Abstract.
Modern investment management is impossible without proper organization of document support. Documentary support of investment management is achieved by unifying the composition and forms of existing documents, working out technologies of work of responsible persons with them and implementation of control over the execution of documents. Scientific and methodological literature on documentary support of investment management is reduced to references to the regulatory basis of record keeping, unified documentation systems. There is no development of a regulatory and methodological framework for the creation and implementation of document support in the investment management system. The above-mentioned problems constitute the relevance of the study of documentary support of the investment management system. The main purpose of the investment management system of the enterprise is to ensure the most effective ways to implement the investment strategy of the organization. Realization of the investment management system main objective is necessary for realization of following actions: providing high rates of economic development of the organization due to effective investment activity; providing maximization of income (profit) from investment activity; providing minimization of risks; providing financial stability and solvency of the organization in the course of investment activity; search of ways by means of which it is possible to accelerate realization of investment projects. On a micro-level investment management system consists of a complex of measures, providing profitable investment of own, borrowed and other funds in investments in order to ensure stable financial stability of the organization in the short term. The purpose of the article is to identify the main methodological documents of the investment management system, necessary for the formation at the enterprise in order to implement effective business processes. Good documentation is a fundamental basis for the management of investment processes. The article presents the main forms and documents that allow the enterprise to effectively organize the investment management system.
