Abstract.
The purpose of the study is to improve the methodology of statistical analysis of time series of indicators of resource provision of healthcare organizations of the Volga Federal District (PFD). The statistical analysis of data on the Orenburg region is carried out in the most detail in the work, where resources are considered both in absolute statistical indicators and in relative ones, calculated for 10,000 people living in the regions of the Volga Federal District. The tendency to decrease the resource base of healthcare is typical for all regions of the Volga Federal District. We will assume that the optimization process in healthcare is inherent in the entire Volga Federal District, where several regions, including the Orenburg Region, are leading in reducing the number of healthcare organizations, the number of doctors and the number of nurses. According to the types of morbidity, during the study period, there was a sharp increase in Covid-19, oncological and psychiatric diseases. In a pandemic with high occupancy of hospital beds by Covid-19 patients, the hospital. The scientific novelty of the study is the first statistical resource analysis of healthcare organizations of the Volga Federal District for a long period, using modern methods of visualization of time series data. The results of the study are necessary to improve the management of the resources of healthcare organizations in the Russian Federation, including in the context of a pandemic. The results of the statistical analysis of the dynamics of the resources of healthcare organizations in the Volga Federal District, including the Orenburg Region, were reported at the 4th Congress of medical statisticians in Moscow on September 21-23, 2022. The main goal of the 4th Congress of Medical Statisticians was the transition to the development of the national statistical space in healthcare.
