Abstract.

The article proposes to consider the economic security of an enterprise within the framework of state policy in the field of the formation of advanced independent local production, as a fundamental system for achieving the maximum level of import substitution at the strategic level, in order to create a high-tech industry that guarantees the economic sovereignty of the country, employment and raising the welfare of the nation. Assessing the current state of the country's economy and a number of industries, as well as the sanctions policy pursued by unfriendly countries, one of the fundamental factors in ensuring enterprise security today is investment and technological. For a long time, there was an active displacement of domestic producers from the domestic market by foreign companies, which in turn provided a turnkey production process without deep immersion of local personnel in R&D and the subtleties of the technological process, which ultimately led to the degradation of the country's production potential in such important areas of development for the country as aircraft, electronics, automotive, machine tool and other modern high-tech technologies. The development of scientific and technological progress is possible only under the condition of a closed continuous, interconnected cycle of improvement of science, technology, production and consumption. The development of scientific and technical potential implies a total restructuring of the entire organizational and technical platform of production.  The development of an integrated approach to achieving technological sovereignty is the basis for sustainable development and economic growth in any country. This concept implies the independent choice of each state to determine priority sectors and areas of development, the implementation of technological policy, as well as ensuring public access to modern technologies and relevant services. Implementing this strategy will take time and effort, but the result will justify the cost. Russia has great potential to achieve technological sovereignty, and success in this area will allow the country to become a strong and prosperous state.
