Abstract.
The assessment of the implementation of the ESG agenda in the practice of Russian organizations is an urgent topic that reflects the importance of business social responsibility, environmental management and corporate governance. In recent years, interest in ESG criteria has increased significantly in both the global and Russian markets. Russian companies are facing a growing demand from investors, consumers, and the public for transparency regarding their environmental, social responsibility, and management practices. Assessing the implementation of the ESG agenda is becoming a key tool for determining the level of sustainability and long-term value of a company. In the context of Russian business, it is important to note that many companies have begun to realize the need to integrate ESG aspects into their development strategy. However, the share of companies that are really actively implementing ESG approaches remains low. The main reasons for this can be found in the lack of awareness, the lack of clear standards and measurement mechanisms, as well as insufficient government support. The process of evaluating the implementation of the ESG agenda in Russian organizations includes several key steps. First, it is necessary to analyze the company's current practices in the field of environmental, social responsibility, and Governance. The analytical stages include an assessment of the business's impact on the environment, employee working conditions, corporate culture, and management principles. Next, you should identify key indicators and metrics to measure the implementation of the company's ESG strategy. This may include the use of environmental standards, the level of staff diversification, ethical management principles, and other factors. It is also important to take into account the specifics of the industry and the specifics of the business when choosing indicators.
