Abstract.

This article explores the role of economic analysis in the management system of a manufacturing enterprise using the example of PJSC AVTOVAZ. It analyzes the current state of enterprise management and evaluates its economic efficiency using financial and production indicators. The article assesses key factors that influence the production efficiency of the enterprise and provides practical recommendations for optimizing management processes and improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise, including an analysis of the competitive environment. The goal of this work is to develop tools for making effective management decisions based on an analysis of the enterprise's activities, taking into account the influence of external factors, including an assessment of its competitiveness.
