Abstract.

The article is devoted to the study of the evolution of financial risks in construction organizations and a detailed analysis of the causes of their occurrence at various historical and economic stages. The paper identifies four key periods: a planned economy, the formation of market relations, a period of growth and stabilization, as well as the current stage characterized by geopolitical instability and sanctions pressure. For each stage, the dominant financial risks are identified and the key factors (external and internal) that led to their emergence and transformation are analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis, a comprehensive approach to financial risk planning and management in modern conditions is proposed, including strategic and operational adaptation measures. The article develops practical recommendations for increasing the financial stability of construction companies in conditions of high uncertainty of the external environment. The research results can be used by managers and financial managers of construction organizations to build an effective risk management system.
