Abstract.

The innovation and investment strategy for the development of a regional enterprise is a comprehensive action plan aimed at achieving a competitive advantage through the introduction of innovations with the efficient use of investment resources. In today's conditions of high competition and rapid technological change, such a strategy is becoming a prerequisite not only for growth, but also for the survival of enterprises. A feature of the formation of an innovation and investment strategy at the regional level is the need to take into account the specifics of the regional economy, available resources, infrastructure capabilities and human resources. Enterprises must find a balance between global development trends and local operating conditions. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the processes of forming an innovation and investment strategy for the development of a regional enterprise. Methods: the methods used in developing an innovation and investment strategy for the development of regional enterprises include comprehensive approaches to analyzing the current situation, identifying promising areas and assessing the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Results: in the process of formulating the innovation and investment strategy for the development of regional enterprises, key factors influencing its formation and content were identified. Such factors include global technological trends, the level of competition and socioeconomic conditions in the region. The main stages of strategy development and strategic directions for improving the efficiency of investing in innovation processes were determined. Conclusions: systematic monitoring of the results of investments in innovations at enterprises is necessary. It is important to analyze the efficiency of investment activities, comparing the achieved indicators with the expected ones, and to study how investment and innovation projects affect the economic condition of regional enterprises. If projects are identified that do not justify the invested funds, decisions should be made to stop their financing and reinvest the released resources in more successful initiatives.
